Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy:

At Reeya Designers, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards. Since many of our products are exclusive, limited-stock, or customized, we maintain a fair and transparent Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation only before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

For cancellation requests, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order.

2. Return Eligibility

We do not offer returns for products that have been successfully delivered unless one of the following situations applies:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • You receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect.

Returns requested for reasons other than those mentioned above may not be accepted.

3. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A complete unboxing video (360 Degree) recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
  • AI-generated, edited, or manipulated images/videos are strictly not accepted. Such requests will be automatically rejected.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video (360 Degree) or after the specified time period may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

4. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

The following exchange conditions apply:

Size Exchange

  • Exchange for the same design in a different available size at no additional product cost.
  • If applicable, shipping charges may apply.

Exchange for a Higher-Priced Product

  • Customers can exchange for another product by paying the price difference.

Exchange for a Lower-Priced Product

  • If exchanging for a product of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as a Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Cash refunds will not be provided for the price difference.

Exchange Limit

Each order is eligible for only one exchange.

Once an exchanged product has been delivered, it cannot be exchanged again. If approved under exceptional circumstances, only a Store Credit may be issued, and applicable shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

5. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Customized, altered, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund.

However, if there is an error from our side (such as incorrect customization or manufacturing defect), we will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

Size adjustment requests for customized products may be considered wherever possible.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers.
  • Products purchased using special discounts or coupon campaigns.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged products after delivery.
  • Products without original tags, labels, or packaging.
  • Requests made after the eligible return or exchange period.
  • Products returned without prior approval.

7. Product Variations

Our products are photographed professionally to provide the most accurate representation possible.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Mobile or computer screen settings
  • Lighting during photography
  • Fabric dye batches
  • Handcrafted embroidery or embellishments

These minor variations are natural and shall not be considered manufacturing defects or valid reasons for return or refund.

8. Exchange Delivery

Approved replacement or exchanged products will be shipped to the same delivery address provided in the original order unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary depending on product availability and courier operations.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in approved cases, including:

  • Product unavailable after order confirmation.
  • Damaged or defective product where replacement is not possible.
  • Incorrect product delivered and replacement is unavailable.
  • Order cancelled by Reeya Designers due to unforeseen circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges (if applicable), convenience fees, and payment gateway charges are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred on our part.

10. Store Credit

Where applicable, Reeya Designers may issue a Store Credit instead of a cash refund.

Store Credit:

  • Can be used for future purchases.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Is non-transferable.
  • Will be valid for the period specified at the time of issue.

11. Our Quality Commitment

Every product undergoes careful quality inspection before dispatch.

We ensure:

  • Product quality checks
  • Secure packaging
  • Reliable dispatch through trusted courier partners

However, Reeya Designers shall not be responsible for:

  • Courier delays
  • Delivery delays caused by external factors
  • Minor colour or design variations
  • Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preferences after delivery
