Return & Refund Policy
At Reeya Designers, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since many of our products are exclusive, customized, or made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or refunds after delivery. Returns, replacements, or refunds are considered only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, and the issue is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a complete unboxing video (360 Degree).
Exchange requests can be made within 5 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Products purchased during sales, customized items, used products, or items without original tags are not eligible for return or exchange. Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
